The White Shahtoot Mulberry produces long, white, very sweet fruit up to 10cm in length.The white Shahtoot is delicious eaten fresh but can be dried and eaten as a sweet. The White Shahtoot has a beautiful weeping habit and makes a great shade tree. As with most mulberry’s regular pruning in winter and late spring will encourage more cropping.
